Our Handmade Brass Tune-O-Matic Bridge

Yes-it happened!

Just created our own brass Tune-O-Matic brass bridge for our Spirit of the Wind custom guitar.

Brass is our favorite material for tonal improvements. We think it has better qualities than the zinc, steel or aluminum alloys that many use.

We cast, file, polish and match every part ourselves (yes even the screws, thumbwheels and saddles). Using the ancient lost wax technique everything is being made with our own unique brass alloy.
