Making the brass hardware for this handmade Jerusalem Pine Sonic Wonder Guitar!

This Sonic Wonder guitar will travel all the way from Israel to Alabama. I’ve patinated the brass parts that I’ve made to match the naturally aged and worn look of the wild Jerusalm Pine body. The final thing to do is to oxidize the neck lipstick humbucker covers as well.
Oxidizing the hardware is actually a dangerous process. The acids I use are quite powerful. I use the same ancient process that was used over the past centuries in Japan to age and create various textures brass statues and artifacts
